I did not get my tickets. What do I do?

Check the Spam / Promotions folder, then use the order recovery page with your email and order number. If you still cannot find the tickets, send us a message with the order number.

Can I ask for a refund on tickets?

It depends on the policy of the activity, the status of the ticket and the options you bought. Send a message with the reason Refund.

My gift card does not work. What do I do?

First check the code on its own page. If it shows as invalid or with the wrong balance, include the code in your message to support.

How do I list a venue on Viaqui?

Choose the reason Venue / organiser in the form, and include the city, the type of activities and how you sell tickets today. We will get back to you with a demo and pricing.
